L’ancien Président ivoirien, Laurent Gbagbo, a annoncé son départ le lundi 09 août dernier du Front Populaire Ivoirien (FPI), parti politique dont il est l’un des membres fondateurs, et son intention de créer un autre parti politique.
Mais ce que peut-être Laurent Gbagbo ignore, c’est qu’il y a un blocage juridique le concernant et qui l’empêche de créer son nouveau parti politique.
Mais selon Keita Cheick Oumar, « Rien n’empêche juridiquement le Président Gbagbo Laurent de créer un nouveau parti politique.
Juridiquement et de façon officielle Gbagbo n’a jamais été notifié d’une quelconque condamnation
Gbagbo est libre jusqu’à preuve du contraire. »
